The same first-harvest Uji matcha we whisk at the bar, packed into a 30 g tin the day you order. Shaded for twenty-one days before picking and stone-ground slowly, it drinks sweet, grassy and bright with no bitterness.

How to use it
Sift 2 g into a warm bowl, add 70 ml of water at 70°C and whisk in a fast W for thirty seconds. Keep the tin sealed in the fridge and finish it within six weeks.
