Whisked to order
Every drink starts with a fresh scoop, sifted and whisked when you order. It takes a minute longer and tastes completely different.
Matcha first
A fresh scoop of Uji matcha is sifted and whisked with water at seventy degrees, then poured into the glass.
Then the milk
Cold milk goes in next and folds through the green. Whole, oat, almond or coconut, your choice.
A little sweetness
Cane sugar if you want it, light or regular, stirred in until it disappears.
Ice to finish
Ice goes in last so the drink stays cold and layered right to the top of the glass.
Build yours
Pick a drink and watch the glass fill as you choose. Add it to your order and collect it at the bar.
